1. Overview

The organizing committee of the Indigenous Entrepreneurship Conference, taking place in Grande Cache, Alberta , on October 20^th and 21^st, 2025, is seeking proposals from experienced and culturally respectful professional photographers and videographers to capture the spirit, energy, and key moments of this important event.

This conference will bring together Indigenous entrepreneurs, leaders, and community members to celebrate innovation, share knowledge, and foster meaningful connections. We are looking for a creative professional or team who can document the event in a way that honors Indigenous culture and storytelling, while delivering high-quality visual content for future promotional and archival use.

2. Scope of Work

The selected vendor will be responsible for:

Photography

• Coverage of the full-day summit including:
  • Keynote speakers
  • Panel discussions
  • Networking sessions
  • Candid attendee interactions
  • Group photos and posed shots
• Professionally edited photos delivered within 30 business days post-event

Videography

• Capture short clips (5–30 seconds) throughout the day for use on social media
• Create a 1–2-minute highlight reel summarizing the event
• All video content should be edited and delivered within 30 business days post-event

3. Deliverables

• Edited high-resolution images in digital format
• Edited video clips optimized for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Highlight reel in MP4 format
• Rights to all Photography and Videography shall belong to Community Futures to use for promotional purposes

4. Proposal Requirements

Please include the following in your submission:

• Portfolio or samples of previous event work
• Quote – include pricing breakdown
• Timeline for delivery
• References or testimonials from past clients

5. Evaluation Criteria

Proposals will be evaluated based on:

• Quality of past work
• Experience with similar events
• Cost-effectiveness
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Professionalism and communication
